if you watched the first installment of the blue water kayak classic, you saw a few nice king fish landed... well the first episode is just a warm up... in episode 2, myself, ty southerland and my neighbor jessie sandoval really get into the kings... dave (another texaskayakfisherman.com member) hooks up 2 times! there is some sting ray action as well as some unexpected happenings...
gear used- my yak in this vid is the hobie pro angler, jessie is in his new ocean kayak trident 13 and dave is in the new ocean kayak ultra 4.7... rat-l-traps are trolled as well as frozen ribbon fish.... we free line some pin fish as well as ribon fish... you will see some ugly sticks and ambassador 6000's...
most of us are using 30braid or 15-30lb mono... the russel lures being trolled get some action as well...
check it out... lots of offshore kayak fishing action in this one...
